UK GOVERNMENT SET TO BAN SEX EDUCATION FOR UNDER 9S AND TEACHING GENDER IDENTITY

A well overdue step in the right direction from the UK Government as they look set to ban, sex education for under-nine’s and gender theory being taught. This is a tremendous win in this push against the sexualised indoctrination of our children. Also the teachings of a the radical gender theory that is confusing and indoctrinating young innocent and impressionable minds.

Below are a few paragraphs from a BBC article May 16th 2024.

“Schools in England should not teach about gender identity, according to new draft guidance from the government."

Government sources told BBC News about plans to ban sex education for under-nines, as well as teaching about gender identity, on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said the new guidance would ensure children were not "exposed to disturbing content".

Some teachers have said there is no evidence of a widespread problem.

Under the plans, secondary-school pupils will learn about protected characteristics, such as sexual orientation and gender reassignment.

But the updated guidance makes clear schools "should not teach about the concept of gender identity", the government says.

It said it was right to take a "cautious approach", adding teaching materials that "present contested views as fact - including the view that gender is a spectrum" should be avoided.“

Sections 43 – 46 ( see below ) refer to gender reassignment, and the guidelines around it being taught and why.

Sections 43-46

This is a highly important decision out of the UK, as it provides precedent and weight to the push over here in Australia, to eradicate sexualised and radical gender theory being taught. This is a common sense, logical approach as a big argument is that gender theory NOT be part of the school curriculum for numerous reasons quoted in the guide. Yes people are free to choose what they teach their children, however not to the detriment and harm of others. If parents wish to subject their children to being taught gender theory or inappropriate sexual content, they need to do so in their own time, and not part of school curriculum where every child is exposed to it.

One question must be asked also of parents wanting to teach a theory that quite possibly can lead to their child mutilating their bodies - Is this a form of child abuse?
